• A valid passport          
• A completed visa application form
• A visa support letter from Grand Hotel Europe
• A passport-sized colour photograph
• Applicable fee

Citizens of US, UK and Georgia should complete the visa application online at evisa.kdmid.ru

All other nationals should fill in the attached form:

• Canadian citizens
• All other nationalities
