Over what was once an open courtyard, a soaring glass canopy spans the original structures to provide soft natural light during the day or during the summer “White Nights” evenings.
Freshly baked and delicious cakes, mouthwatering desserts and exquisite homemade «Dominique's» chocolate from the hotel's own chocolate factory, sandwiches and light salads are served all year round.
