Grand Hotel Europe is pleased to welcome Chef Luciano Parolari coming from Villa D’Este in Como Lake – Italy, during Rossi’s January promotion, running from January 20th to 24th. Parolari has been working in culinary industry for over 40 years and has published three cookbooks; the first of each earned the prize at Versailles for Best Hotel Cookbook in English in 1998.
In 1970 he was one of the chefs at the Teheran Gala celebrating the 2500th Anniversary of the Persian dynasty. In 1995 he participated in the Italian Food and Wine Festival at the celebration of the United Nations’ 50th anniversary. On the same occasion he was a guest Chef at the prestigious New York Yacht Club and at the James Beard Foundation.
Parolari has introduced and created many fresh pasta dishes, but he is still most famous for his risotto. He is known as the “King of Risotto” in Italy.
He has been traveling around the world and brought a taste of Italy to each guest with fine food and wine. Into his culinary tour, he has been invited to cook at renowned restaurants as Grand Hotel Europe’s Rossi’s.
During the promotion, Chef Parolari will present a selection of his branded traditional dishes like his trilogy of fishes, zucchini risotto or 3 chocolates mousse. Grand Hotel Europe warmly invites you to join us, discover and meet traditional Italian excellence.
