The Grand Hotel Europe proudly offers its own line of exquisite housemade chocolate, "Dominique's", using an exclusive recipe created by Executive Chef Dominique Ferchaud.
The chocolate is manufactured on the hotel premises using special equipment imported from France, Dominique's native country. "Dominique's" is a blend of several cocoas and flavourings designed to dazzle even the most discerning chocolate lovers. Five types of chocolate are offered, as well as eleven sorts of pralines including several with alcohol-flavoured fillings.
Although primarily intended for in-house distribution to hotel and dining guests, "Dominique's" chocolates and chocolate-filled figurines also make wonderful gifts, and are available for purchase to customers at any of the Grand Hotel Europe's facilities.
