An unforgettable magic dinner at L’Europe & Caviar Bar
L’Europe and the Caviar Bar restaurants will present a duck liver crème brulee served with caramelised green apple to start, followed by Chef Alexey Kostichkin’s fried sea scallops, vegetable salsa and white rose-flavoured sauce, completed by mango granita with Champagne.
The main course will be tender veal with ground pistachios and mushroom ragout, and the grand finale of the evening will be mousse with fresh berries, or pineapple carpaccio.

Rossi’s Restaurant
Rossi’s Rrestaurant will proudly present a special menu: Ricotta cheese with rocket salad and grissini breadsticks with marinated green and black olives, followed by Dorado carpaccio with olive oil, mint and lemon. Next up will be cream of onion soup with thyme and sea scallops, followed by homemade tagliatelle with zucchini, tiger prawns, cherry tomatoes and shellfish, or roast chicken breast in lemon sauce with rocket salad and tomato gratin.
Dessert will be classic mimosa dessert with Chantilly sauce. Finally, diners will be treated to an assortment of chocolates with an aubergine and white chocolate filling, accompanied by homemade Limoncello.
