The Grand Hotel Europe has begun offering its own line of exquisite housemade chocolate, "Dominique's" at January 10, 2006, using an exclusive recipe created by Dominique Ferchaud. Manufactured on hotel premises using equipment especially imported from France, "Dominique's" is a blend of several cocoas and flavourings designed to dazzle even the most discerning chocolate lover.
With the origin chocolate, Barry Callebaut presents some exceptional chocolates issued from a specific region where they produce a limited amount of cacao (all together 2% of the world production). A origin chocolate distinguish itself from an ordinary chocolate by it's unique taste that is given by the variety of cacao that compose it.
Although primarily intended for in-house distribution to hotel and dining guests, "Dominique's" chocolates and chocolate-filled figurines make wonderful gifts, and are available for purchase to customers at any of the Grand Hotel Europe's facilities.
The minimum waiting time for orders is four weeks, and the quantity of products available to order is unlimited.
