The Grand Hotel Europe has begun offering its own line of exquisite housemade chocolate, Dominique's in January 10, 2006, using an exclusive recipe created by Dominique Ferchaud. Manufactured on hotel premises using equipment especially imported from France, "Dominique's" is a blend of several cocoas and flavourings designed to dazzle even the most discerning chocolate lover.
The main ingredient in Dominique’s chocolate is a special, rare kind of chocolate from the celebrated Swiss chocolate maker, Barry Callebaut, made from an original blend of extremely rare cocoa beans. The proportion of this kind of chocolate in global production never exceeds two percent.
Although primarily intended for in-house distribution to hotel and dining guests, Dominique's chocolates and chocolate-filled figurines make wonderful gifts, and are available for purchase to customers at any of the Grand Hotel Europe's facilities.
The minimum waiting time for orders is four weeks, and the quantity of products available to order is unlimited.
